Teams Meeting

Use the room's Microsoft Teams Room system for the best meeting experience.

Schedule a Microsoft Teams meeting.

Add the following room mailbox as a participant:
meetingroom.20FR01@powerholding-intl.com

The meeting will automatically appear on the room tablet.

Press Join on the room tablet.

The room system will automatically use:
  • Yealink Camera
  • Room Microphones
  • Room Speakers
  • Meeting Room Displays

Begin your meeting.

BYOD / Zoom Call

Use your own laptop with Zoom, Webex, Google Meet, Teams or any conferencing platform.

Method 1 — Yealink WPP30 Wireless Presentation Pod

Connect the Yealink WPP30 wireless presentation pod to your laptop.

Wait for the Yealink presentation controls to appear.

No extra driver is required. Open the Yealink product guide if you need help:

Yealink Support

After connection:

Press the presentation button on the Yealink WPP30.

Follow the connection instructions.
3
Start your Zoom, Webex, Teams or Google Meet session.
Method 2 — USB-C Direct Connection

Connect the room USB-C cable to your laptop.
2
Accept the connection request shown on the room tablet.
3
The room camera, microphones and speakers will become available.

Start your preferred meeting platform.

Screen Sharing

Share presentations and content on the room display screens.

Option 1 — USB-C Cable Sharing

Connect the room USB-C cable.
2
Click Share Screen on the room tablet if required.

Begin presenting.
Option 2 — Yealink Wireless Sharing
1
Press the presentation button on the Yealink WPP30.
2
Select Screen Sharing.
3
Enter the pairing code if requested.
4
Start presenting wirelessly.
